The primary purpose of the toolkit is to translate the research findings on remote work, telehealth, cybersecurity, and staff wellbeing within LGBTIQ+ organizations in Burundi, Burkina Faso, and Nigeria into practical, actionable strategies. Developed as a follow-up recommendation from the research, the toolkit aims to ensure that the insights and recommendations generated through the Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR) framework are not only accessible but also implementable by organizations and their supporters.
