Co-Executive Coordinator

With over six years of experience in Human Rights and Advocacy programming, regional organizing, and movement building in Africa, their work cuts across sexual and reproductive health & rights, gender equality, inclusion and well-being of sexual and gender minorities, and youth participation in civic spaces.

Omar van Reenen (They/Them)

Programs Manager

Omar holds a Bachelors of Political Science and Gender & Sexuality Studies from SUNY Oswego, as well as a Masters of Philosophy in Human Rights Law and Democratization in Africa from the University of Pretoria.

Omar is a public policy researcher and consultant, concentrating on gender and reproductive justice, queering development policies and socio-economic empowerment. They are committed to social justice and good governance, through grassroots community organising.

Alexandra Munezero (She/Her)

Programs Officer

Alexandra is a fervent activist for human rights, finding satisfaction in utilizing her knowledge to contribute to creating a better world for all. When she’s not working, you can find her indulging in her passion for reading and listening to music.

Dawn (She/Her)

Membership & Communications Officer

Dawn is a seasoned communication professional passionate about promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in local and regional organisations. Her work spans internal and external communications, content production, graphic design, and marketing.

Richard Bois (he/him)

Finance Officer

Richard is a professional Accountant with extensive knowledge and diverse experience spanning across different sectors, which has helped him develop innovative and problem solving skills necessary to drive performance improve outcomes.

He is contributing his own quota to amplify the voice of activists in Africa.

Elvis Ladan

Communications Assistant

Elvis is a Graphic and UI/UX Designer. With their experience in media and communication, Elvis enjoys creating digital products that help brands communicate better while at the same time creating honest user experiences for their users.
