Mentee 2 mastered advanced cake decorating and project management, proving continuous learning pays off. Despite transportation challenges, Mentee 3 fearlessly embraced cake projects, showcasing the program’s confidence and bargaining power boost. Mentee 4 transformed from avoiding tasks to crafting stunning wedding cakes and now dreams of owning a bakery and mentoring fresh graduates. Facing proximity challenges during her shoe-making training, our dedicated mentee showcased unwavering commitment, creating a diverse learning environment for women and LGBT individuals, beautifully showcasing the program’s broader impact.
